Initiate a Return

*As of 9/30/20 we have placed a 15 piece limit on FREE Returns. You will only be able to return 20 pieces a month, with out free labels. Beyond that, you must return the item back yourself. 

We hope you love everything you receive, but sometimes we know things just don't work out! If you are wanting to initiate a return, please email our Returns Department at orders@shopflauntboutique.com to confirm you meet the policy. You can also download and print this Return Form. Please do not send back an item without the Return Form. This form is required for return processing, if this form is NOT included you will automatically receive store credit.

 

Did you use Sezzle to place your order? If you placed a order using Sezzle, you do not qualify for Free Return Shipping. You will have 14 days to return your item on your own to the address listed on the return form. 


Full Refund Returns:

We accept full refund returns if, and only if, the package arrives back to us within 7 days of it being originally delivered to you (we go off the delivery date on USPS tracking). If it is after 7 days, we will issue you store credit. If you DO NOT fill out the return slip from your return request, you automatically get store credit.

Store Credit Returns:

We accept store credit returns if, and only if, the package arrives back to us within 14 days of it being originally delivered to you. If it is after 14 days, we will either mail it back to you (you pay the cost of shipping) or donate it a local shelter on your behalf. We ill provide a Free Store Credit return label, at your request.


All Sales Final, Accessories, Gift Items & Coupons 20% or more:

If your item was an ALL SALES FINAL order, this cannot be returned. Accessories, Gift Items and any Coupons 20% or more are ALL SALES FINAL. If these items are returned, they will be donated to a local shelter on your behalf.


Uh oh, something I received was damaged or the incorrect item. What do I do now?

Although not often, errors like this do happen. When they do, we 100% will take care of your right away. Just email our Customer Service ladies at orders@shopflauntboutique.com with your order number and the mistake that was made and they will take care of your right away.
